Follow the travels of Dr. Bobbie Winters, Pittsburg State University
math professor and columnist with the Pittsburg Morning Sun newspaper.
He is in Paraguay now, teaching in the Pittsburg in Paraguay program.
It is Dr. Winters first trip outside the United States.
He took his family – wife and two daughters with him.
