Merienda y Baile!

The Spanish teachers organized a final merienda for their classes on the last day in Asuncion, including a harpist–dance revolution!

Fulbright Profesoras

The instructors who provided 80 hours of instruction in Spanish and Paraguayan culture were from left to right:
Delia Farias, Maria Eugenia (Pebe) Britez, Beba, Antionette Tackkett (Fulbright Scholar), Andrea Amarilla, Raquel.

Delia was the first CPK-KPP visiting teacher to Lawrence in February 2005, Pebe and Andrea are KU grads. Andrea also lived with KPP member Mary Miller while she was attending KU.
