It all started with an exchange!

The attached newsletter below is a new initiative of USAID Office of Agriculture.
One of the highlighted Junior Officers, Nelson Diarte, is a Paraguayan
who went to Kansas through the Kansas Paraguay Partners Chapter for a year of high school.

Later he went on to get a Fulbright to study at Texas A&M,
to work for Peace Corps Paraguay,
to being the Coordinator for the Indigenous and Afro Latino Scholarship Program
at Alamo Community College through Georgetown.
